Our goal is to help and assist law firms, legal practitioners, local and state governmental agencies and private businesses address the tedious and time consuming process of document and record search and review. 

We are committed to helping you find sought after information. Our business clients are served by our review of documents and records such as contracts, bidding processes and procedures, government regulations and requirements and finally, by reviewing materials exchanged routinely between business parties.  Government agencies are frequently short staffed through retirements, transfers and staff reduction, yet are required to review volumes of documents and records and we are here to help, either short or long term.

Our process is simple: An initial telephone consultation, during which we obtain a complete understanding of our client's goals and objectives, confirms that we can fulfill their requests.  We spend as much time as necessary, listening and learning the type and manner of review desired and the time frame needed.  We then search and flag all document information, data, discovery and materials we reasonably believe will be of merit, relevance and significance to you.  We will also provide a written summary and analysis if requested.
